Support - New Locations
During your pre-soft opening phase, you will be using our onboarding and project management ​software. Each item will have allocated team members who specialize in that particular project. ​You can keep track of the progress via your project management board and message team ​members whenever you need clarity or extra guidance. Your project can be accessed anytime ​by visiting my.earthwisepet.com
Support - Ongoing
We use Slack for ongoing, on-demand support. Your location will have its own channel, but you ​will also have access to collaborative channels that include other franchise owners. Please use ​your store channel for general support specific to your location or refer to our topic related ​channels for historical info and specific expertise.
